每条记录都尽量写清楚背景、步骤、判断依据和结论。宁可少发，也不留下以后自己都不愿意回看的内容。 Each entry should explain context, steps, reasoning, and conclusion clearly. Fewer notes are fine if the ones kept stay worth rereading.
